Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using the Bunyan Flow website and property management platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Description of the service

Bunyan Flow is a property management platform that helps landlords and property management companies manage their buildings, units, tenants, contracts, payments, expenses, and reports.

The service is currently in Early Access — we're still building out the platform and onboarding new customers gradually. Some features or pricing plans may change during this stage; we'll let you know of any material change affecting your account.

User accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• Your organization's Admin creates other users' accounts and manages their permissions.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity, or violate the rights of others.
• Attempt unauthorized access to data or systems that aren't yours.
• Abuse the system in a way that disrupts the Service for other users (e.g. intrusion attempts or flooding the system with requests).

Your data and ownership

The data you or your team enter into the platform (your properties, tenants, contracts, payments) belongs to you. We host and process this data on your behalf solely to provide the Service, and we don't use it for any other purpose (see our Privacy Policy for details).

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, and for obtaining any consents needed from your own tenants to enter their data into the platform.

Subscription and payment

During Early Access, subscriptions and payment details are arranged directly with you. We'll clearly communicate any pricing plan or payment terms before activating them on your account.

Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and stable, but as an Early Access product, we don't currently offer a formal uptime guarantee (SLA). We'll give advance notice of any scheduled maintenance that may affect the Service whenever possible.

Termination and suspension

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for a material breach of these terms, or for non-payment after notice. We'll work with you to export your data before any final account closure whenever possible.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", and as an Early Access product, we don't guarantee it's entirely free of errors. We won't be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Palestine, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under your own country's law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post any material change on this page along with its update date, and notify existing customers of any change affecting their accounts.
